During 2009 we served 19,782 meals at our Welcome Table, compared to 2008 when we served 17,841.

During the month of February the number of meals served at our Welcome Table was 1,286.

During the month of January we served 1,932 meals, compared to January 2009 when we served 1,344.

During the year 2009 our Food Pantry served 3,164 households and 8,233 individuals. During the year 2008 we served 2,941 households and 7,486 individuals.

During the month of January our Food Pantry served 282 households, which consisted of 709 individuals. During the month of January 2009 we served 208 households and 608 individuals.

On Tuesday, March 9, the Welcome Table will be hosted by St. Edwards. Christ the Light Parish will host on Saturday, March 13

Our shelves are in need of jelly, beef stew, chili and pork and beans 

Personal care items we are in need of are deodorant, toothpaste and disposable razors.

The annual Friends Appeal for St. John's-St. Ann's Outreach Center begab on Ash Wednesday with the mailing of an appeal letter to the "friends of the Center." This appeal is the largest single source of support for the Center. Last year parishioners of St. John's-St. Ann's donated $8,925 of the $18,854 realized from the appeal. Our goal from parishioners this year is $9,500. Please be generous in your response so we can meet that goal. If you would like to become a "Friend of the Center" and make a donation copies of the appeal letter, and envelopes, are available on the table in the church foyer.
